ORDERS
How do I place an order?
You can place prepaid orders directly on our website at www.mokaebeauty.com. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you’d like to purchase. Once all desired items are in your cart, proceed by selecting the "Checkout" option.
Next, you'll need to provide your contact information and shipping address. Once that is done, you’ll be directed to the payment page, where you can choose your preferred method of payment. After the payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation page with your details will appear.
We offer free shipping on all orders. If you prefer to place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at care@mokaebeauty.com and provide the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Complete Shipping Address
- Product Names and Quantities
There is no additional shipping fee for COD orders. However, please note that COD orders are only accepted under the condition that they will not be refused upon delivery. We kindly ask you to be certain of your purchase before placing a COD order. If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, you will no longer be eligible to place COD orders in the future.
Is my order confirmed if I haven’t received a confirmation email/message?
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. What if my money was debited, but the order didn’t go through?
If a payment fails, please double-check that your details are correct and that your internet connection was stable during the transaction. In cases where your account has been charged despite a failed payment, the amount is usually refunded within 7-14 business days. Where can I find my Order ID?

How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to track your package.
Can I change the shipping address, phone number, or email for my order?
If you need to update your shipping address, phone number, or email, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at care@mokaebeauty.com. These changes can only be made within 3 hours of placing your order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes. If any changes are requested after shipping, they may incur additional charges between INR 60-120, depending on the fees imposed by our courier partner.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
How can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified during sales. Even if you place an order shortly before a sale, it cannot be canceled on that basis. Orders placed during regular periods can only be canceled if they haven’t been shipped. When will I receive my refund if I cancel my order?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8433919066 or email at care@mokaebeauty.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing an unboxing video and photos showing the issue. The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the photos for your complaint to be accepted. If you fail to provide the necessary evidence within 24 hours, we will be unable to process your claim, as this is the timeframe our shipping partners allow for such disputes.
All returns must include the original packaging and the safety materials provided. If the product is not returned in proper condition, the return will be disqualified, and we will reship the item back to you. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with. Once the product is returned and inspected, a replacement will be issued if it meets the return criteria. If not, the product will be sent back to you.
What should I do if my package was delivered open?
If the outer packaging is open or the seal has been tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any orders where the packaging has been compromised, nor for any damaged, missing, or incorrect items in such packages.
When will I receive my refund for a return?
Once your return request is approved, a delivery agent will pick up the product from you. After it is received and inspected at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your original payment method. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
What is the estimated delivery time within India?
We usually dispatch orders within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For metro cities serviced by major courier companies, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. For other locations, delivery may take 5-7 business days. Please note that dispatch times may vary for different products ordered at the same time. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.
The delivery date shown during checkout is an estimate. If there are any issues with delivering your package, our courier partner will contact you.
What if I’m unavailable when my order is delivered?
Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, you will receive a WhatsApp message from our shipping partner, where you can reschedule the delivery. The delivery agent may also call you to arrange a convenient time.
After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. If you’d like the order reshipped, an additional shipping charge of INR 60 will apply.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification to resolve the issue.
