RETURN TO YOUR BREATH

Mokae Lab, Mumbai

A Restorative Breathwork Experience with Tulsi Mehrotra Menon & Kim Hangzo Noble

At Mokae, we believe beauty begins with how we feel.

Join us for an intimate restorative Breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to your breath.

Guided by certified Breathwork and Sound Healing facilitators Tulsi Mehrotra Menon and Kim Hangzo Noble, this immersive session uses circular breathing, a continuous, connected breath to gently quiet the mind, release stored tension, and support nervous system regulation. Accompanied by immersive music, you'll be guided inward, creating space for greater presence, clarity, and self connection.

This month's practice explores the theme of Love & Self Acceptance. So much of our relationship with beauty is shaped by how we're seen, the expectations we carry, and the stories we tell ourselves. Through breath, you'll be invited to soften the inner critic, meet yourself with kindness, and reconnect with the love, compassion, and wholeness that already exists within you.

Whether you're new to Breathwork or returning to your practice, you're welcome.

No prior experience is necessary. Just come exactly as you are.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Tulsi Mehrotra Menon is a 300-hour certified Breathwork Facilitator, 200-hour YRT Yoga Teacher, and IASH Level 1 Sound Healer, with additional training in clinical sexual trauma therapy (60H, Restoration & Resilience). Trained as an anthropologist, she brings a lens that helps people understand their patterns and what makes them, them.

Kim Hangzo Noble spent two decades in the corporate world of retail fashion before finding her calling in yoga and breathwork. A 300-hour certified Breathwork Facilitator, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, and IASH Level 1 Sound Healer, Kim has led workshops and private sessions with clients from all walks of life, meeting each person where they are. Having experienced the demands of high-pressure corporate life firsthand, she brings a lived understanding of stress, burnout, and the nervous system to every session she facilitates.

Tulsi and Kim both entered the world of breathwork through their own journeys of self-healing and discovery. Along the way, they learned the power of holding space, of helping people meet their breath, meet themselves, and witness the beauty of what happens when they do. That experience shapes how they facilitate today: with presence, care and deep trust in the process.
